DKI Perbaiki Pencatatan Aset Melalui e-Aset

E-Asset Used to Control Asset Recording

Jakarta Provincial Government is fixing asset recording through e-Asset system. Indeed, asset recording in Jakarta is unoptimal, thus many assets foreclosed.

We currently do controlling using e-Asset. If there is report, we will match it. For me, it's just a lot of mistakes

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama disclosed, there was previously no synchronization of recording assets in regions with BPKAD. It is hoped through e-Asset, there is no more missing city assets or taken over.

"We currently do controlling using e-Asset. If there is report, we will match it. For me, it's just a lot of mistakes," he stated, at City Hall, Wednesday (11/12).

BPKAD to Complete City Asset Input through e-Asset

He cited one of troubled recording asset, that is land used by SLB Kasih Bunda, Duri Selatan, West Jakarta. The asset was recorded in West Jakarta Administration. But in BPAKD, Jakarta is not recorded.

"So, Jakarta system is somewhat chaotic. Previously, the developer gives social and public facilities to the mayor. Supposedly, they (BKAPD) just make the recording. West Jakarta is still our zone," he stated.

According to Basuki, through e-Asset, can return the asset data that have not been recorded. "This year, we began to do controlling. In fact, there is no bookkeeping at all in BPKAD," he finished.
